The units are spacious and well-lit. the beds are comfortable. the staff members are friendly and welcoming. the location is great, close to a peaceful neighborhood within walking distance to markets, the Night Market, and the bus terminal.

we spend 4 nights in chiang rai lovely. got quiet standard double room with comfy bed when arrived, appreciated that. the location was particularly good, at a short distance from hill tribe museum. it took us 15 minutes to drive to this gorgeous accommodation from the airport.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

The rooms have comfy beds and the hotel is in an ideal location, very close to the town center, within walking distance to markets, in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a fantastic stay at Bannsawasdee! The room was clean, spacious, and bright. The bathroom was also spacious and had good toiletries provided. We loved that clean towels and water were provided daily. The morning tea, coffee, and toast were a perfect way to start the day. we were impressed with the quality and value for money.

One minor issue was that the air conditioner didn't work very well, but it wasn't a big problem as it is the cool season right now. Additionally, the staff's English was a bit broken, but it didn't really impact our stay.
